According to the Austin Police Department, a vehicle vs pedestrian accident occurred at approximately 6:59 a.m. on October 12th, 2022.
The APD Public Information Office stated that: “Austin Police Department (APD) officers responded to a crash between a vehicle and a pedestrian, an unidentified male, in the 500 block of W. Anderson Ln WB. When officers and EMS arrived, they found a sedan had hit a man. The man died on the scene. The vehicle’s driver remained on the scene and cooperated with the investigation.”
