According to the Austin Police Department, a vehicle vs vehicle accident occurred at approximately 9:33 p.m. on October 30th, 2022.
The APD Public Information Office stated that: “Austin Police Department (APD) Officers responded to a head on crash between an SUV and a pick-up truck in the 1000 block of E. Yager Ln. The preliminary investigation shows that the SUV was traveling east on E. Yager Lane, when the pick-up truck that was traveling west crossed into oncoming traffic and crashed into the SUV. The driver of the pick-up truck died on scene.”
