According to the Austin Police Department, a crash between two vehicles occurred at approximately 2:58 a.m. on June 24, 2022.
The APD Public Information Office stated that: “Austin Police Department (APD) officers responded to a collision involving two vehicles in the 14600 block of N IH 35 NB. A vehicle struck the back end of another. Paramedics took one of the drivers, Carl Anthony James, to the hospital, where he died from his injuries.”
