According to the Austin Police Department, a vehicle vs vehicle accident occurred at approximately 4:49 p.m. on September 11, 2022.
The APD Public Information Office stated that: “Austin Police Department (APD) officers responded to a crash between two vehicles at the intersection of Decker Ln. and Loyola Ln. A preliminary investigation revealed that the driver of a four-door sedan, accompanied by two passengers, was traveling north on Decker Ln. At the same time, the driver of a Chevrolet van was traveling south on Decker Ln. As the four-door sedan attempted to turn left on Loyola Ln., the Chevrolet van could not avoid crashing into the sedan.”
