According to a report from CBS Austin News, on Thursday, October 9, 2025, there was a collision between two vehicles on FM 95 near the intersection with Lindemann at around 4:58 a.m. A 2017 Ford Mustang was traveling south on FM 95 when it collided with a 2017 Chevrolet pickup truck. The Texas Highway Patrol responded to the scene. The driver of the Mustang was pronounced dead at the scene, and the driver of the Chevrolet was taken to the hospital for their injuries.
