Class Action Alleging Defects in Chevrolet Camaro

Finding out that the car you bought has critical issues or defects can be a scary and frustrating process. This is particularly true if the manufacturer refuses to fix or admit to the problem. This is what is being alleged by certain Camaro owners, specifically those who purchased a 2010 or older Chevrolet Camaros.

A class-action lawsuit has been filed against Chevrolet because of an alleged defect in the starters that they used in their 2010 and 2011 Camaros as well as an alleged defect with the car’s heat shield. These owners also allege that GM, Chevrolet’s parent company, knew about these defects, however, did not disclose them to possible buyers and never attempted to fix the issues.
