Due to a motor vehicle accident, our client sustained severe back injuries as well as an injury to their left knee. On the day of the crash, our client was traveling north on US highway 183 when the vehicle in front of them came to an abrupt stop. Although our client managed to stop in time, they were rear-ended by the vehicle behind them, which failed to stop in time. This collision caused our client’s vehicle to be pushed into the vehicle ahead. The vehicle our client hit also hit the vehicle in front of them.
