Marco Cervantes works in the pre-litigation personal injury department at Sandoval & James Law Firm, where he focuses on resolving cases efficiently and advocating for his clients’ best interests before litigation becomes necessary. Marco is committed to pursuing fair outcomes while ensuring that each case is properly evaluated and prepared for litigation when required. Prior to joining the pre-litigation department, Marco supported both the catastrophic and non-catastrophic litigation departments, giving him valuable insight into case strategy and trial preparation.
Marco joined Sandoval & James Law Firm in 2022. He earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, where he was a member of the mock trial team and served as a student attorney for the St. Mary’s Center for Legal and Social Justice. Through these experiences, he developed strong advocacy skills and a passion for representing individuals facing powerful insurance interests.
Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Marco maintains strong roots and close family ties to the community that shaped his values and work ethic. He is the first member of his family to become an attorney, a distinction that reflects his dedication and commitment to service.
Marco is an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Hispanic Bar Association of Austin, and the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association. Outside of work, Marco is classically trained in violin, an experience that reflects the discipline and focus he brings to his legal practice.
