Jack Holtzman is a strong advocate for his injured clients. He believes in fighting for people injured by the wrongful practices of businesses and insurance companies—because, without strong representation, businesses and insurance companies will continue to take advantage of the injured individual. The right to a trial is an integral part of justice and Jack stands for those most in need of representation in the courtroom.
Jack is a native Texan. His passion for courtroom advocacy began when he competed on his high school mock trial team in Dallas. Jack then earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin. After college Jack chose to pursue his passion of becoming a trial lawyer at South Texas College of Law in Houston.
Throughout law school, Jack worked for the oldest plaintiffs’ trial law firm in Texas and was active in trial advocacy. He received the Cali Excellence for the Future Award in his Damages class. He was also elected to serve on the Student Bar Association. After law school, Jack worked as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney in Houston before returning to Austin to join the Sandoval and James Law firm.
Jack is an active member of the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association, Austin Young Lawyers Association, and Texas Exes. In his free time, Jack enjoys live music, the outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.
