Eric Wolfe was born and raised in southeast Texas. In 2005, Eric graduated from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas, with a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in business administration. After graduating from St. Thomas, Eric earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2009.
After graduating from law school, Eric joined a prominent law firm in Corpus Christi, Texas, where he focused on plaintiff personal injury litigation. After a year in Corpus Christi, Eric moved back to Houston to be closer to family. Over the next four years, Eric worked for a civil defense litigation firm focusing on insurance defense, defending claims under the Longshore & Harbor Workers Compensation Act, and defending clients in commercial litigation. Eric’s experience litigating personal injury cases for both plaintiffs and defendants provides him with a more diversified background and unique perspective that aids him in the representation of his clients.
In 2015, Eric decided to rejoin the Corpus Christi based plaintiff personal injury law firm where he was part of a litigation team handling some of the firm’s most complex injury cases. Eric was part of a team that routinely worked on million and multi-million-dollar cases, and the expertise he gained there was crucial for the role he took on when he joined Sandoval and James Law Firm in 2020 as their lead litigator alongside founder Mr. Benedict James. Eric handles some of the most complex cases at Sandoval and James Law Firm ranging from commercial vehicle and 18-wheeler crash cases to wrongful death and traumatic brain injury cases. Mr. Wolfe truly is a master at litigation and his notable results are many.
Mr. Wolfe is an active member of both the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Wolfe has been recognized for his achievements by organizations such as the National Trial Lawyers and Mr. Wolfe is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum for achieving million and multi-million-dollar recoveries for his clients.
When he is not at work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, honing his grilling skills, playing golf, exercising, and lounging by the pool.
