Destinee Williams is a trial attorney in the litigation department at Sandoval & James Law Firm. Destinee joined Sandoval & James in July 2025 and immediately began leveraging her extensive trial experience to advocate for injured clients. Since starting her legal career, Destinee has focused on criminal law and trial work, bringing a strategic and results-driven approach to every case. She is committed to working tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients. Before joining Sandoval & James, Destinee served as an Assistant District Attorney, where she prosecuted more than 1,000 cases, including high-stakes trials involving DWIs, civil rights, and homicides. Her reputation for precision and professionalism reflects her dedication to justice.
Destinee attended The University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law, where she honed her litigation skills through advocacy competitions and leadership roles. Destinee is a proud first-generation college graduate and attorney, a testament to her perseverance and commitment to excellence.
A proud Dallas native, Destinee is passionate about giving back to her community. She volunteers with Meals on Wheels and mentors youth and first-generation college and law students. She previously served as a mock trial coach at UT Law School. She is an active member of the Austin Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association, and the Austin Black Lawyers Association. Outside of work, she enjoys watching football, practicing yoga, and traveling the world.
