David Farias is a trial attorney at Sandoval & James Law Firm. David joined Sandoval and James Law Firm in 2022 and started litigating and trying cases right away. Since starting his career as an attorney, David has had the opportunity to represent injured clients all over the State of Texas. David is committed to working hard and ensuring the best possible case outcome for all his clients. In 2024, alongside founder Ben James, David started the Bad Faith Unit at the Sandoval and James Law Firm, focusing on cases where insurance companies acted in bad faith regarding negotiations or otherwise. David’s dedication and professionalism are key qualities that make him a perfect fit for the challenges associated with this key department.
David Farias attended St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. At St. Mary’s David was a staff writer for the St. Mary’s Law Journal, a member of the mock trial team, and a student attorney for the St. Mary’s Center for Legal and Social Justice.
David is a first-generation college graduate and attorney. In his free time, David enjoys barbequing, watching boxing, and attending UTSA football games. David is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Austin Bar Association, and the Hispanic Bar Association of Austin. David is fluent in Spanish. Further, David is classically trained in mariachi music and a cooking enthusiast.
