According to the Austin Police Department, a crash between two vehicles and a woman on a motorcycle occurred at approximately 2:25 a.m. on June 11th, 2022.
The APD Public Information Office stated that: “Austin Police Department (APD) officers responded to the 3600 block of S IH-35 SB for a crash between a vehicle and a woman in the roadway. 32-year-old Katy Trejo was a passenger on a motorcycle traveling south when she fell off. She was hit by two passing vehicles and died on the scene.”
